Ashley is a stewardship analyst at Sands Capital. Before joining the firm in 2021, Ashley was a senior international policy analyst for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in Washington, D.C. In addition, she worked with the SAIS Foreign Policy Institute at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit within the United States Department of Justice, and A.B. Data.
Ashley received a BA in political science and global studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MA in international economics and international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
