Sam is a senior director, business development and client relations. She joined Sands Capital in 2006 as a director of client relations and was promoted to senior director in 2015.

Before joining the firm, Sam served as a vice president at Goldman Sachs. Earlier, Sam was a consultant at SCA Consulting (now Mercer). She was also a portfolio assistant at Neuberger Berman Group.

Sam received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in American civilization studies from Brown University.
