Nadia is the head of planning and analytics. She manages firm and marketplace analytics, compensation analytics and incentives structures, internal business communications, and research resource relationships. Nadia joined the firm in 2008 as a research associate, covering technology companies.

During her time at Sands Capital, Nadia has worked in many roles and across teams. After serving as a research associate, she transitioned to the newly created business initiatives team. The team, now known as planning and analytics, focuses on strategic planning, analytics, and firmwide initiatives. As part of this team, Nadia has served as a business initiatives associate, senior business initiatives associate, manager of planning and analytics, senior manager of planning and analytics, and director of planning and analytics.

Nadia earned a BA in international business and management from Dickinson College. She is a CFA® charterholder.
