Karin is the director of stewardship at Sands Capital. Before joining the firm in 2020, Karin worked at Cartica Management as a senior ESG analyst. She also held roles in global strategy and corporate governance. Prior to joining Cartica, Karin worked in corporate governance for Deloitte’s Corporate Intelligence Services and in credit risk management for CRIF.
Karin received a BA in international relations and Russian from the University of Exeter and an MA in international economics and international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
