Erin is a managing director, head of finance and operations for Sands Capital Alternatives. She joined the firm in 2014.

Erin manages all financial and accounting aspects of Sands Capital Alternatives, including financial reporting and portfolio valuations. In addition, Erin works closely with Sands Capital Alternatives’ investment professionals on financial due diligence and portfolio construction.

Before joining the firm, Erin was a vice president at American Capital, where she had extensive experience with private equity investment underwriting, transaction execution, portfolio management and valuations, and internal controls. Erin began her career as an auditor at PwC and worked with the transaction services team on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.

Erin received a BS in accountancy from The College of New Jersey and is a certified public accountant.
