Before joining the firm, Daniel was a senior analyst at Maplelane Capital, a director and portfolio manager at Wafra, and a vice president and co-portfolio manager at Calamos Advisors. Earlier, he was an equity research analyst at Citigroup and an equity research associate at Thomas Weisel Partners.

Daniel received a BS in economics, with concentrations in finance and management, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
