Brad joined Sands Capital in 2015 as a Financial Analyst for Sands Capital Alternatives and was promoted to Manager in 2019. Brad provides operational leadership to the team through financial modeling, portfolio valuation, and his involvement with fund management. Prior to joining Sands Capital, Brad was a Senior Consultant on the Financial Advisory Services team at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. Brad graduated with a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and holds a Certified Valuation Analyst designation.
