Andrew is a vice president on the Global Innovation strategy. He joined Sands Capital in 2018 as a research associate and was promoted to senior research associate in 2022. He supports research on public and private technology businesses. Andrew received a BS in accounting and business administration and a BS in political philosophy from Washington and Lee University.
