Morgan is chief of staff and director of client advisory at Sands Capital Horizons. She joined Sands Capital in 2025.

Prior to joining Sands Capital, Morgan was a senior investment associate at Fry’s Path Capital, where she focused on multi-asset portfolio management, including manager selection, portfolio construction, and performance reporting for high-net worth individuals. She began her career at Cambridge Associates, supporting endowments, foundations, and pensions on asset allocation and portfolio construction.

She received a BA in economics from Gettysburg College.
