Jake began his career at Sands Capital in 2014 as a Research Associate supporting the global industrials sector team, and later joined Causeway Capital as a Research Analyst. Jake rejoined Sands Capital in 2017 as a member of the global life sciences sector team, and was subsequently promoted to Sr. Research Associate, and later joined Sands Capital Ventures in 2018 as a Senior Associate. He identifies, assesses, and monitors investments, focusing primarily on the life sciences sector. Jake earned a BS from the University of Virginia.
