The Washington Post named Sands Capital as one of its 2022 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area.

The Post granted this designation to 200 companies of various sizes solely on the basis of employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by a third-party research partner. The survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“This recognition is a testament to the strength of our culture and to our alignment around fulfilling our mission for clients,” said Sands Capital President and Director of Research T. Perry Williams. “It also comes at a time when many organizations are stressed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are no exception, and this recognition reflects how well we’ve been able to stick together and persevere through a difficult period.”

This year’s honorees include financial companies, health service providers, government contractors, technology companies, and real estate firms. In all, 518 employers in the region were surveyed. Any organization was eligible to participate, provided it had at least 50 staff in the D.C. area.
