Building Information
The building complex has two towers. Sands Capital is on the 30th floor of tower 1000 on Wilson Boulevard. Once you arrive at our office building, take the escalators, stairs, or elevator to Level M. Proceed to the security desk and take the far elevators past the offices of Monday Properties to the 30th floor where you will find our reception area.
Our office attire is business casual, and we invite our guests to dress however they feel most comfortable
Cocktail Reception & Dinner
Please join us for a reception and dinner at the Kennedy Center following the conference.

Transportation
We will provide transportation from the conference, with return drop-offs at the Le Meridien hotel (Rosslyn) and the Sands Capital office.
Parking
If you prefer to drive yourself, please use the South A,B,C portals for parking at the Kennedy Center. The C North Entrance will only be accessible from northbound Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway, while the A and B North entrances will be accessible from F Street, NW. All garage portals will be available for exiting. There is no access to F Street from Rock Creek Parkway.
Ride Share Information
If you are being dropped off by an Uber/Taxi, please ask them to drop you off at the Hall of States at the Kennedy Center where you will be directed further.

If you are traveling by air, we are located 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Arlington, VA and 45 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Sterling, VA. If you are traveling by train, we are located 25 minutes from Union Station (WAS) in Washington, DC
Hotel Block Information
For your convenience, Sands Capital has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Le Meridien Arlington at the rate of $279 a night, available from Tuesday, October 11th to Friday, October 14th. The group rate is valid until Tuesday, September 13th. With high demand and limited availability we strongly encourage you to book your room early.
